• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring for niche roles such as Product, Sales, GTM, Engineering is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills with high empathy and communication abilities.
• Proven success in outreach methodologies to attract and engage passive talent.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Strong operational focus, tracking recruiting metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with candidates and teams.
• Familiarity with HR tech stack including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Suite, Slack, and Calendly.
