Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the client's’ mission, showcasing startups, members, sponsors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to produce high-quality video content, including interviews, case studies, success stories, event highlights, and educational series.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance discoverability and drive organic growth.
  • Foster a strong community by actively engaging with subscribers, responding to comments, and incorporating viewer feedback into content planning.
  • Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other YouTube channels to amplify reach and visibility.
  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to accelerate subscriber growth and increase channel visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the channel remains competitive and innovative.
