Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Community Manager role.
  • Experience with an online community/forum platform (preferably Gainsight CC).
  • Experience in marketing and/or support roles; both are advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Experience in short-term rental or property management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
