Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with and managing membership and/or communities using an online platform.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Experience with donor management and development teams.
• Passion for philanthropy and creating a culture of collective giving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in remote work environments.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• High fluency with Google Suite and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day fundraising and operations for Liberated Capital, including the online community platform.
• Increase member engagement and connection on the platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships with members, understanding their interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate and implement programming and events.
• Manage all member communications and create engaging content.
• Develop educational materials and support affinity groups within the community.
• Execute fundraising campaigns and implement innovative fundraising techniques.
• Plan and coordinate all events, manage logistics, and evaluate programming.
