Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the primary inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prioritize, flag, and delegate emails as necessary to streamline communication.
  • Draft and send emails on behalf of the owner/director.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Provide support for vineyard-specific tasks such as event coordination, inventory checks, or customer communications.
  • Help with ad hoc tasks related to production, marketing, or logistics as they arise.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Order supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
