Responsibilities:

• Scale Product People by acquiring new ideal/strategic clients for interim product management services.
• Evolve demand generation processes and experiment with new strategies.
• Identify and analyze target prospects and automate outreach.
• Investigate market trends and existing accounts.
• Communicate a compelling narrative to prospective clients.
• Lead sales communication from initial contact to contract signing.
• Track leads in an organized way and evolve processes.
• Set metrics for measuring sales efforts success.
• Identify and take ownership of initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
• Meet monthly goals for qualification meetings and pipeline creation.
• Share knowledge with the team and train junior sales members.
