Responsibilities:

• Scale Product People by acquiring new ideal/strategic clients for our interim product management services.
• Evolve our demand generation processes and experiment with new strategies.
• Identify and analyze target prospects and create lead generation strategies.
• Investigate accounts and market trends impacting communication channels.
• Communicate clearly to prospective clients about our services.
• Lead sales communication up to contract signing and gather feedback.
• Organize and track leads using internal tools and set metrics for success.
• Identify and propose initiatives for team improvement and client results.
• Meet or exceed monthly qualification meeting and pipeline goals.
• Share knowledge and train junior team members.
