Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role.
• Proven experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Tech savvy.
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions/tasks.
• Self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across various departments.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, Boolean searches, social media and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, fostering relationships with Indigenous communities, women in technology and other underrepresented groups.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to strengthening the employer brand by collaborating on social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest sourcing tools, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
• Represent the organization professionally and positively to promote employer branding.
• Engage with passive candidates to nurture long-term relationships for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent Esri Canada at career fairs and industry events to promote the brand and attract top talent.
