Requirements:
  • 5+ years leading equity plan administration and executive compensation in a publicly traded U.S. based company with global reach.
  • Experience with executive compensation, equity, and LTI plan strategy and design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards (RSU, RSA, PSU); programs & custom plans; and governing stock plan compliance, documents, and filings.
  • People management experience is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing CSG's executive compensation, equity plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Ensuring timely and accurate records, SOX and SEC Compliance, and proxy filings
  • Drive employee understanding of equity awards program, program values, and policies
  • Responsible for integration of executive compensation and other equity plans resulting from M&A activities
  • Mentor junior engineers
