5+ years leading equity plan administration and executive compensation in a publicly traded U.S. based company with global reach.
Experience with executive compensation, equity, and LTI plan strategy and design.
Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards (RSU, RSA, PSU); programs & custom plans; and governing stock plan compliance, documents, and filings.
People management experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Managing CSG's executive compensation, equity plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Ensuring timely and accurate records, SOX and SEC Compliance, and proxy filings
Drive employee understanding of equity awards program, program values, and policies
Responsible for integration of executive compensation and other equity plans resulting from M&A activities
