Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Accounting Operations, ERP implementations, or revenue operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash cycles, procurement, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Prior experience as an Accountant or ERP implementation specialist; enterprise experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and exposure to various industry accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to assess and optimize their revenue strategies, including sales processes, pricing models, and invoicing workflows.
  • Provide strategic advisory and solution design related to Accounting Operations, Order-to-Cash processes, and revenue recognition.
  • Implement and configure billing solutions and tools such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Salesforce Billing and Avalara.
  • Leverage ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics) to deliver scalable and integrated solutions for revenue and accounting operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales motions and pricing strategies with financial outcomes.
  • Serve as a thought leader in customer engagements, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in revenue operations and solution delivery.
  • Support the Pre-Sales team with solution demos, industry insights, and deal strategy.
