Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of enterprise sales leadership experience and a track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing sellers.
  • Experience managing teams with $1.25m ARR quotas and selling technical solutions to large enterprises.
  • Documented success in cultivating effective hiring processes for Enterprise AEs.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft an effective GTM strategy and ensure flawless execution of multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Encourage team ownership of pipeline generation and provide accurate forecasts to executives.
