Responsibilities:

• Working with key stakeholders to develop effective communication plans.
• Representing internal communications in working groups and projects.
• Handling day-to-day communications requests and delivering messages in an engaging manner.
• Collaborating with the People Team to implement key changes.
• Maintaining an Internal Comms tracker for stakeholder awareness.
• Brainstorming with the engagement team for campaigns and events.
• Coordinating messages across Operations for consistency.
• Producing workshops and presentations on best practices for communication.
• Creating visuals and engaging materials for team communication.
