Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, with a knack for analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Someone who is very organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, including performance analysis, trafficking, reporting, and invoicing.
• Monitor competitor activity, identify industry trends, and propose innovative strategies to keep our affiliate program ahead of the game.
• Collaborate with the external affiliate agency to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and effectively, troubleshoot issues, and support in pruning underperforming campaigns and identifying new strategic growth opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to drive key business results.
• Maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Think creatively to propose out-of-the-box ideas for partnerships to differentiate CookUnity in the market.
