Requirements:

• Project management experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience in process optimization and data analysis.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Familiar with tools like WordPress, Hubspot, Slack, and Zoom.
• Leadership skills and experience managing a remote team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly workstream leads, SCRUM, Open Office Hours, and sales review meetings.
• Oversee project P&L management, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Help drive organizational efficiency across sales, marketing, and client delivery.
• Lead team meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are followed up on.
• Implement and optimize systems to enhance operational performance.
• Assist with client compliance reporting and track project progress.
• Ensure proper onboarding and support for team members.
• Support tools and systems to ensure their full potential.
• Maintain and update SharePoint and HR systems.
