Requirements:

• Experience in US Healthcare, particularly in Claims Adjudication and Prior Authorization.
• Exposure to FHIR and HL7 implementations and expertise in various FHIR resources.
• Ability to understand and write CMS regulatory requirements on interoperability.
• Capability to develop functional solutions for interoperability using FHIR.
• Skill in writing epics and user stories based on requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business and healthcare objectives.
• Ensure the product meets regulatory, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and security requirements.
• Identify market trends, user needs, and technological advancements in healthcare.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams to translate needs into product features.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for healthcare solutions.
• Align product roadmap with business goals, regulatory deadlines, and market demands.
