Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, IT, marketing, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ healthcare IT or clinical experience.
• 3+ years’ product management experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in the US healthcare regulatory environment.
• Software design experience in complex, real-time systems.
• Knowledge of FHIR.
• Experience in an Agile development environment, preferably SAFe Agile.
• Experience interacting with customers for requirements definition.
• Preferred experience with Sunrise and SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define requirements and support specification and use case development for new features, including regulatory requirements.
• Work with business analysts, QA, development, and other teams to shape the product's technical feature set and usability.
• Analyze specifications for year-end regulatory requirements, including FHIR.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support data elements within user workflows.
• Plan and manage product roadmaps and development schedules.
• Coordinate business arrangements with stakeholders.
• Train others on functional areas related to new solutions and regulations.
• Support advisory needs and assist demo/sales teams.
• Drive development and implementation of common components for the Sunrise team.
• Lead meetings and collaborate with other teams.
