Requirements:
  • 2+ years leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS.
  • Experience in funnel management across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on enablement experience in onboarding and developing team members.
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train new staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in prospecting or selling into Enterprise accounts.
  • Preferred understanding of B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product space.
  • Experience growing within a small start-up is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Continue to build out the growing BDR function.
  • Work with recruiting to identify and onboard top talent.
  • Develop team skills in outbound prospecting and opportunity creation.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching in weekly 1:1s.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to provide feedback on MQLs.
  • Work with Sales to enhance outbound strategies and qualification processes.
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Sales/Product for effective messaging.
  • Ensure alignment on strategy and execution with Sales leadership.
  • Accurately forecast performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Monitor team performance metrics to increase productivity.
