Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing/category management role for indirect categories.
• Experience in Marketing sourcing and managing a range of spend categories.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers in medium to large global companies.
• Ability to operate quickly and improve value for priority spend subcategories.
• Skill in managing simultaneous projects with competing timelines and accuracy.
• Experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge within and across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global sourcing (RFx) projects for Marketing subcategories.
• Negotiate deals including MSAs and SOWs.
• Manage sizable spend across various Marketing categories.
• Influence and educate internal partners on sourcing and contracting best practices.
• Benchmark and facilitate best practices, monitor compliance, and drive improvements.
• Review and execute contracts with a focus on commercial terms, liaising with the legal team.
