Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
- Experience working in SaaS, social media, or marketing technology industries is an asset.

- Collaborate with the email BDR team to prioritize and manage outreach efforts.
- Schedule 1–2 qualified meetings per day with Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed prospect notes.
- Handle objections with confidence using frameworks like Challenger and SPIN selling techniques.
- Track and report daily activities, including dials, connect rates, and meeting conversion metrics.
- Continuously refine cold-calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance data.
