Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Experience working in SaaS, social media, or marketing technology industries is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed outbound calling KPIs in previous roles.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Collaborate with the email BDR team to prioritize and manage outreach efforts.
  • Schedule 1–2 qualified meetings per day with Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed prospect notes.
  • Handle objections with confidence using frameworks like Challenger and SPIN selling techniques.
  • Track and report daily activities, including dials, connect rates, and meeting conversion metrics.
  • Continuously refine cold-calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance data.
