Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years minimum full-cycle recruiting experience is ideal, but other human resources or strong customer service experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques and trends.
- Passion for creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Proven success in managing multiple tasks, projects, and searches simultaneously.
- Proficient with Google applications.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Willingness to assist where needed.
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned jobs including conducting interviews, additional sourcing support as needed, and overall offer and hiring process.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and regular recruiters to facilitate recruiting strategy.
- Serve as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process on interviewing techniques, compliance, selection protocols, and offer management.
- Maintain accurate records and follow processes using the Greenhouse ATS.
- Work cross-functionally within the broader Recruiting and Talent team to support recruitment needs.
- Other duties as assigned to support hiring season.
