Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years minimum full-cycle recruiting experience is ideal, but other human resources or strong customer service experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and trends.
• Passion for creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Proven success in managing multiple tasks, projects, and searches simultaneously.
• Proficient with Google applications.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned jobs including conducting interviews, additional sourcing support as needed, and overall offer and hiring process.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and regular recruiters to facilitate recruiting strategy.
• Serve as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process on interviewing techniques, compliance, selection protocols, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate records and follow processes using the Greenhouse ATS.
• Work cross-functionally within the broader Recruiting and Talent team to support recruitment needs.
• Other duties as assigned to support hiring season.
