Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in ERP, IT MSP, or related industries, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and SaaS marketing.
• Strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), CRM platforms, email automation, ZoomInfo, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy focused on top funnel lead generation, customer engagement, prospect nurturing, and brand visibility.
• Position i-Tech Support as a thought leader through campaigns and content.
• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and optimize the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing with sales objectives and develop sales enablement tools.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Strengthen brand presence with consistent messaging across all channels.
