Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• 10+ years project management experience implementing commercial software solutions.
• 10+ years of experience working with Aerospace & Defense customers.
• PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of managing teams of program or project managers.
• Deep knowledge of PMO processes and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp).
• Proven track record of delivering high value project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, development, and implementation of PMO processes and policies.
• Direct project management staff, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with customers and other teams to define and prioritize projects.
• Manage customer project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, provide updates to senior management, and implement process improvements.
• Forecast Professional Services project revenue, costs, and resource needs.
