• At least 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
• Proven experience conducting claim reviews with policyholders
• Knowledge of Return-to-Work protocols
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite

Responsibilities:

• Manage claims for policyholders, including claim reviews and reserve analysis
• Identify high-risk policyholders and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate return-to-work programs
• Deliver customer service and conduct client onboarding sessions
• Analyze claims data and maintain accurate records
• Support product improvement initiatives
