Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with the ability to flex up when needed.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.), and providing culturally responsive care.
• Tech-savviness, comfortable with various technology tools and applications.
• A safe and secure location with reliable internet for Zoom-based psychotherapy.
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy and experience with risk management.
• An independent clinical license to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain personalized database for licensure and updates.
• Keep availability calendar up to date.
• Communicate regularly with clinical leadership and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a care team, including health coaches and other therapists.
