Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Four (4) years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in working in a team member relations capacity.
  • Verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all UMAE team members, vendors, and related stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to deescalate and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work and interact professionally in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong time management, task management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR handbooks, and ability to interpret policies and practices for effective, consistent talent management.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to applicable regulations and other compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other business tools such as project management and process workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com).

  • Maintain UMAE Team Member Handbook and Supplements
  • Manage Team Member Separations from UMAE Employment
  • Administer Team Member Offboarding

  • Support P&C Inbox Management
  • Support P&C Engagement Practices
  • Lead with Care
  • Perform other duties as assigned
