Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hubspot and understanding CRM workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring.
• Understanding of tailoring performance marketing channels to customer journeys.
• Experience in identifying new marketing channels and engaging target audiences.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients.
• Passion for creative problem-solving and capability to work independently.
• 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or agency preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute initiatives and consumer journeys.
• Focus on core business KPIs and develop cross-channel programs based on analytics.
• Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize strategies and initiatives.
• Lead meetings to align on client goals and ensure program effectiveness.
• Oversee the creation of email, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Build multi-channel reports to capture insights and improve marketing strategies.
• Maintain data integrity and manage integrations between marketing and sales platforms.
• Participate in campaign planning and manage timelines, budgets, and project aspects.
• Identify customer segments and plan targeted marketing and engagement programs.
• Identify risks and support account management in managing client expectations.
