Requirements:
  • 5+ years managing technical projects and working with engineering teams in an eCommerce/DTC company.
  • Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools - Asana.
  • Experience implementing processes in start-up/high growth environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; outstanding written communication and documentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and distill complex technical requirements.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
  • Highly collaborative, ability to work cross-functionally with teams, and approach problems with solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, designers, and business teams.
  • Create precise, comprehensive JIRA tickets that minimize engineering & QA questions and blockers.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to changing requirements, proactively updating all affected documentation.
  • Ensure complete alignment between designs, requirements, and implementation tickets.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, design teams, and engineering.
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Own technical documentation accuracy across Confluence and Google Drive.
