Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a marketeer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and events best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Ability to analyse marketing KPIs.
• Skills in marketing budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Drive demand generation for Prosci in the allocated market, contributing to business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their targets through marketing activities.
• Define marketing KPIs in alignment with sales and business objectives.
• Gather and analyse data to evaluate marketing success and adapt strategies.
• Develop marketing plans, allocate budgets, and recommend strategies and channels for the region.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Identify market trends and customer needs, feeding insights to the Market Intelligence executive.
