• Leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex web application architectures using PHP frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code.
• Lead development teams on large, complex projects, reviewing code and delegating tasks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers for project delivery.
• Maintain and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
• Implement security measures to protect applications.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.
