Requirements:

• Experience in growth marketing in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with CRO techniques, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, and UX improvements.
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience using data for marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows.
• Experience with performance advertising.
• Strong communicator able to document work.
• Experience in short-term rental or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Squeeze more free trials and paid conversions from our marketing funnel.
• Grow user-to-free trial conversion rate from 2.2% to 3% and free trial-to-paid conversion rate from 35% to 45%.
• Obsess over tweaks and iterations of onboarding flow.
• A/B test landing pages, CTAs, creative assets, email, and more.
• Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, assist in optimizing existing paid advertising campaigns.
• Enhance the marketing website to drive more people to onboarding flow and sales contact forms.
• Create, maintain, and test high-performing communication across automated campaigns.
• Dive deep into data on funnel performance, attributing success or failure of adjustments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering.
