  • Knowledge of managing large-scale program launches using the ADDIE model.
Responsibilities:
  • Project-manage and support strategy, design and roadmap creation for talent development practices.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify capability gaps and develop a learning strategy.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate end-to-end training programs including coaching, leadership, and functional training.
  • Implement curriculum design principles for consistent and sustainable learning materials.
  • Leverage digital platforms to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Utilize engagement survey data for insights and continuous improvement.
