Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Product or Analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for analysis.
• Highly experienced in SQL and Python/R for analytics.
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Superset.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in high growth startups is a plus.
• Experience in quantitative research and fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Help set clear and measurable targets based on initiative scope.
• Drive high complexity analysis to support senior leadership's strategic decisions.
• Serve as a key resource for data-related inquiries within teams.
• Support product experimentation and testing, including test plan design and actionable insight delivery.
• Contribute to building an analytics foundation for self-service data access.
• Develop monitoring tools, including dashboards to track company OKRs.
• Enhance data literacy through training and workshops.
• Collaborate with analytics teams for shared insights and innovations.
