• Scale multi-channel marketing across social, video, search, display, native, and programmatic platforms.
• Expand database marketing (email, SMS, automation) to boost referrals and repeat participation.
• Restructure and elevate the team to build a high-performance culture.
• Enhance patient recruitment with a data-driven approach.
• Diversify advertising channels, reduce reliance on Meta, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
