Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of global benefits plans
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to problem solve complex benefits issues
• Organization and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage all non-U.S. benefits programs
• Partner with benefits consultants and HR Business Partners
• Enhance global benefits program based on benchmarks and compliance
• Maintain international benefits calendar and lead renewal processes
• Audit global employee benefits program
• Own leave of absence program and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage audits
• Support immigration matters related to benefits
