Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with flexibility for more.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care.
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Familiarity with care delivery technology and various applications.
• Safe location with reliable internet.
• Effective communication skills.
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain personalized database for licensure and personal information.
• Keep availability calendar up to date.
• Communicate regularly with clinical leadership.
• Work with a collaborative care team.
