Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience managing payroll, with over 5 years working with ADP or similar platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with global payroll operations, including compliance across multiple countries.
  • Experience with payroll reporting and compliance for stock-based compensation.
  • Familiarity with reviewing and approving employee expense reports.
  • Proven track record in implementing payroll solutions and managing integrations with HRIS.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and review payroll processing for all current regions in collaboration with ADP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain the integration between Workday and ADP, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll policies to ensure internal control compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll processes for new acquisitions.
  • Review and approve all employee expense reports for compliance.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance for stock-based compensation.
  • Drive process improvements to standardize and automate payroll-related tasks.
  • Manage payroll tax registrations, filings, and withholding requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation.
