Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas year over year.
- 10+ years of experience successfully selling B2B SaaS, consulting services, or enterprise technology.
- Deep expertise in life sciences including knowledge of consulting approaches tailored to Medical Affairs, Commercial applications, or Patient Services.
- Understanding of Salesforce solutions and experience leveraging Salesforce’s capabilities.
- Strong prospecting skills with a desire to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Advanced presentation skills with experience creating structured, client-ready deliverables.
- Relationship management expertise demonstrated by managing relationships with senior executives.
- Experience managing strategic accounts with successful penetration into multiple customer groups.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools.
Responsibilities:
- Drive daily sales motion by actively engaging in prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Maintain an accurate and dynamic sales funnel that informs internal conversations on resource allocation and strategic priorities.
- Enter and manage sales, pipeline, and deal activity in Salesforce with high accuracy.
- Partner with clients to design and deliver solutions aligned with their goals.
- Establish and sustain client relationships with key stakeholders to drive new business development.
