Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
  • Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT.
  • A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree is required.
  • Proficiency in English and your local language.
  • Preferred experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
  • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
  • Partner with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs.
