Experience supporting applications on Docker and Kubernetes preferred.

Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Understanding of Red Hat OpenShift clusters, containers, and PaaS.
Preferred certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

Monitoring, installing, configuring, and maintaining tools in the software environment.
Assisting developers in deployments through administrative tasks and collaboration with infrastructure teams.
Proactively monitoring and reporting performance and utilization of DevOps technologies.
Troubleshooting software, hardware, and host technology issues related to DevOps.
Managing escalated tickets and tasks from system/software owners.
Installing, configuring, and managing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Maven.
Available for on-call responsibilities to troubleshoot environment issues.
Taking on additional duties to support the company's mission and values.
