• Develop and maintain budget forecasting tools for departments.
• Manage cash flow and allocate costs to appropriate grants.
• Oversee external bookkeeping and accounting partner.
• Execute payroll cycles for employees and contractors.
• Manage vendor contracts and reimbursement processes.
• Work with fundraising team for program budgets and manage financial reporting during grant cycles.
• Support annual reporting and audit preparation.
• Manage software systems and team data protection policies.
• Initiate process improvements for operational efficiency.
