- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong experience in FCA reporting and compliance.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant finance experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Assist in developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Contribute to long-term financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Serve as a key finance business partner for various departments, offering strategic financial advice.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in managing corporate risk, including financial risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, including adherence to capital adequacy requirements and liquidity thresholds.
- Lead the preparation of statutory financial reports and regulatory returns to the FCA.
- Support post-merger integration and alignment of financial practices.
