Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks.
• Plan payments and process checks/ACHs.
• Report accounts payable outlook.
• Handle loan compliance and reporting.
• Create purchase orders for inventory.
• Manage insurance renewals and audits.
• Compile and submit sales tax returns.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director for payments.
• File permits and licenses timely.
• Compile financial reports for presentation.
