Requirements:

• 5+ years in field marketing/demand generation, with proven experience working with field teams and building regional plans.
• Expertise in planning and executing various field events tailored to targeted accounts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning marketing programs with business objectives.
• Proficiency in data and metrics for program effectiveness assessment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive team alignment.
• Must be able to travel 20-25% during the quarter for events.

Responsibilities:

• Build quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs including events, campaigns, and direct mail.
• Forecast and measure the impact of marketing plans on sales cycles and optimize programs based on results.
• Own the planning and execution of programs targeting key accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communications as the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders and partners.
• Assist sales leadership in understanding and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs.
