Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish resource materials and exercises designed to facilitate deliberate practice.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for mentorship and feedback to ensure high-quality standards.
• Work across various topics from backend technologies like Haskell and Postgres to developer productivity tools like Nix.
• Exercise ownership over projects by gathering feedback, refining exercises, and iterating on approaches.
