• Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and job functions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Call candidates to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.
• Pre-screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Cold call potential candidates if needed.
• Coordinate with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
