Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging development, graphics production, or project management.
• Strong technical understanding of packaging design, artwork development, and printing processes.
• Experience in managing packaging graphics and print production, on-press printing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated workflow systems and packaging change management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end packaging graphics process, ensuring alignment with branding and production requirements.
• Act as a primary contact for artwork agency and printers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive timelines for artwork and printing.
• Troubleshoot print and production issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead project meetings, track timelines, and foster cross-functional communication.
