Requirements:

• At least one year of Gainsight experience required; Gainsight certification and additional professional experience in relevant fields are advantages.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Snowflake preferred.
• Ability to integrate and utilize software tools effectively within a business setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee user accounts and permissions, conduct system health checks, and manage data imports to ensure optimal Gainsight performance.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in customer records, maintaining high data accuracy within Gainsight.
• Develop and update dashboards, reports, and workflows as per business needs to enhance visibility for Customer Success Managers and leadership.
• Assist in system changes and implement new Gainsight features to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Operations to align Gainsight processes with organizational goals.
