Senior Product Manager, Billing and Monetization

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex billing systems and driving monetization strategies.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing platforms and payment processors.
• Experience designing and executing monetization experiments, including A/B testing.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting systems.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools and data analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve Fleetio’s backend billing infrastructure to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure billing processes are accurate, automated, and scalable.
• Develop and execute monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and discounting experiments.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement new billing features and streamline processes.
• Design and run experiments to validate new monetization opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Work cross-functionally to define success metrics for billing and monetization initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in billing and monetization to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage and prioritize a roadmap for billing infrastructure improvements and monetization experiments.
