Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in engineering with a strong background in full-stack development.
• Extensive experience with common web technologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring best practices.
• Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Desire to experiment, iterate, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of Alma clients' operations and pain points.
• Work across the stack and support complex initiatives in both the frontend and backend.
• Design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using modern web technologies (React, Typescript, Python, Django, MySQL).
• Improve client experience in finding care through various tools and features.
• Build features for providers to enhance their marketing and client engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and build solutions.
• Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, and security.
