Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • You have 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development within the hospitality business or a SaaS company.
  • A passion for the travel industry is required.
  • You're a self-starter who proposes new ideas and process improvements.
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM systems and related sales tools is essential.
  • Exceptional command of the English and Greek languages is necessary, with other languages being a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • As a hunter, you source potential client opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and through interaction with professional industry network groups.
  • Your primary focus will be on the Greek market, targeting opportunities and building client relationships within this region.
  • Respond to all incoming product enquiries, referrals and leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organise face-to-face or online product demonstrations and advanced training sessions.
  • Keep track of our existing client base and generate new sales by upselling our products according to the client’s needs.
  • Engage in contract negotiation while maintaining service value for clients and Lighthouse's profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to adjust the vision and build a business development plan to meet sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, national conferences, and organize regional road shows.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Product Development team to provide feedback.
  • Maintain tracking of efforts in the CRM system and achieve KPIs and targets.
