Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Anthropology or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in field, laboratory, and office.
• Must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s professional qualifications standards.
• Expertise in state and federal laws governing cultural resources management.
• Strong regional archaeological experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior technical writing skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest professional image for clients, co-workers, media, and the public.
• Participate in decision-making regarding research priorities.
• Develop business/client relationships.
• Develop procedures related to field methods, lab analyses, and report preparation.
• Prepare proposals for review by management.
• Plan and manage fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting efforts.
• Conduct primary research and communicate project needs.
• Prepare reports and papers for publication, presentation, or further research.
